Jeez, that means I feculate for a living!
Hmm. This word does not exist in the English language as a "real word". It
is not in any of the dictionaries I own (many), nor in any slang
dictionaries. It does, however, exist in the Hellatine Dictionary of
Bureaucratese (version 6.09). This dictionary is self-described as the
product of many contributors, and is a continuing work in progress.

In other words, it's a fairly new made-up word, derived from "feces".

fecule;
n., An item which draws significance only from it's repellent nature, such
as an insulting epithet bearing no correlation with the actual character of
the impugned party. Also feculate, feculant.
(L. fecula: a speck of dried excrement)

Sounds like something that the current administration has been using for
years.
